You can request a free return within 14 days from the date of order for the products you purchased from Masumaceramics.com.tr.

Please contact us first at info@masumaceramics.com.tr  to initiate your free return process.

You must direct the product to our address with the shipping code to be provided to you within 10 days or deliver it by hand to our Göktürk Workshop. Returns with buyer's payment sent without using a shipping code cannot be accepted.

For the return process to be approved, the product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. You must send the product with its invoice.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

After checking the compliance of your product with the return and exchange conditions, the transaction status is sent to you by email.

Refunds will be made within 10 working days depending on your bank from the date of receipt of your return by us. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment method you used to purchase the product. If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please contact your bank first and then us.
